Does Alexander Poole provide its own affidavits, or should I send my own? |

We provide our own affidavits for all process services, however, if you have an affidavit that you prefer we use, please feel free to send it and note your preference in your cover letter.. |

Must Alexander Poole's fees be paid in advance?

We ask that you provide payment in advance when you use our services. We are happy to open accounts with established New York State Firms, Process Servers & Process Service Companies once a working relationship has been established with our company. Once an account has been opened, as long as your account remains in good standing (Payments received under 30 days from invoice date), we will invoice you for Process services & advanced subpoena witness fees. (All other filing fees must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made.
For Out-of-State customers we ask that you prepay all charges. |

Will Alexander Poole pick up process services at our offices?

Yes -- if your office is local to us (within the Capital District of Albany, NY). |

No, we do not offer any investigative services at this time. |

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club, American Express, & PayPal as well as checks, money orders & electronic checks (checks by phone).
