Q.	Does Alexander Poole provide its own affidavits, or should I send my own?
A.	We provide our own affidavits for all process services, however, if you have an affidavit that you prefer we use, please feel free to send it and note your preference in your cover letter..
Q.	Must Alexander Poole's fees be paid in advance?
A.	For New York State Firms, Process Servers & Process Service Companies, we ask that you provide payment in advance the when you use our Process or courier services. After that initial process service, we would be happy to set up an account upon request for billing purposes if you fill out and return a credit application. As long as your account remains in good standing (Payments received under 30 days from invoice date), we will invoice you for Process services & advance subpoena witness fees. (All filing fees must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club and checks, money orders & electronic checks (checks by phone). (We are sorry, but we do not accept American Express). For Out-of-State customers we ask that you prepay all charges.
Q.	Will Alexander Poole pick up process services at our offices?
A.	Yes -- if your office is local to us (within the Capital District of Albany, NY).
Q.	Does Alexander Poole & Co. conduct private investigations?
A.	No, we do not offer any investigative services at this time.
Q.	What types of payments do you accept?
A.	We accept checks, money orders, electronic checks, checks by phone, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Diners Club
