** our costs include direct cost of service plus postage, telephone and any other necessary expenses. Volume discounts may be available. Established NY Law Firms with large volumes of services may apply for open account, however, ordinarily, prepayment is required on all services.
All service orders MUST be in writing in the form of a cover letter, workorder, or email.This service order MUST include all information regarding the service requested even if a phone conversation transpired with our office. Please note, filing of affidavits is not included in our service fee and if requested in writing, there will be an additional fee to complete that service.

| NOTE: If the server must wait or otherwise spend an extraordinary amount of time to complete service, additional charges may apply. Please note that we do not perform stake-outs and will direct you to contact an investigator if that is the service you will need. For rush services outside our area, a travel charge may apply. |

Services we provide to Local Attorneys
- We will pick up "rush" witness subpoenas (or other papers) within our local area (no charge)
- advance witness fees (no extra charge)(Please note, this does not include large mileage fees)

Due to the nature of expedited services, we cannot list flat fees for these; however, charges are typically twice normal rates, and a charge must be imposed regardless of the outcome of our efforts.
Please be aware that we return affidavits in a timely manner. Filing of affidavits must be specifically requested and there is an additional charge. If we are required to RUSH the completion or delivery of an affidavit of service outside of normal timeframes, there may be an additional charge.
